We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leather, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, and sequins.

Even with our utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us, when the customer is not satisfied with our service rendered, we will offer the “do over” service with no charge. No cash refund will be offered to the services we have rendered.

STAINS

Stains present a challenge due to many factors, such as the chemical reaction with cloth, length of time, heat exposure, and delicacy of fabric. Although we cannot guarantee that stains will be remove or that we can prevent colors from bleeding or against any other damage, we will use our judgment based on industry standards for the method to treat the garment. These special care items will incur additional charges
